The Quality Control is formed by member of staff with long experience and a well trained team, supported by latest technology and equipament. They follow all production process until the final product is ready. Everything is done to guarantee the product will be approved through physico chemical, microbiological and sensorial analysis in accordance with Brazilian Food Laws, European Community, AIJN and other international regulations.
It is guaranteed through an internally developed IT system and Sucorrico has full control over the traceability of the finished product. The system is able to demonstrate all production steps as well as the orchard from which the orange were supplied.
The Quality Management System of Sucorrico is continuously improved to attend all demands from the clients and the company itself. Mainly focused in Quality and Food Safety, we follow all procedures of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and we are certified by FSSC 22000 ( DNV-GL ), SGF, HACCP, Halal and Kosher.
