FROZEN CONCENTRATED ORANGE JUICE – FCOJ
The product is obtained from natural juice, extracted, pasteurized and concentrated through mechanical process, 100% from mature and healthy oranges (Citrus sinensis), preserved exclusively by physical means. The production is in accordance with EC foodstuff regulations and “AIJN code of practice for orange juice”.
FCOJ is generally used as raw material to prepare reconstituted orange juices, soft drinks and other beverages, as well as to be mixed (blending) with other concentrated juices. The shelf life of the products is 24 months if kept in frozen storage.
COLD PRESSED ORANGE OIL – CPOO
The smell and flavor of oranges are fully preserved in the compound extracted from the fruit peel. The orange color of the peel is also characteristic for the essential oil, which is used by the food industry, and also in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry. The oil also serves as basis for the elaboration of fragrances and essences.
D’LIMONENE
During the evaporation process of the Pressed Peel Liqueur, d'Limonene is recovered. This product is considered one of the purest sources of monocyclic terpene. D'Limonene has been used as a natural solvent for the cleaning and paint industry, in the manufacture of polyterpene resins, in the synthesis of aroma flavors and other valuable compounds.
ORANGE ESSENCE – OIL PHASE AND WATER PHASE
During the concentration of the juice, the volatile constituents present in the juice are recovered and condensed. Both are pure and natural aromatic products. Due to their fine aroma characteristics, freshness and bouquet, they are used to enhance the flavor and aroma of frozen concentrates, chilled juices, and other beverages.
CITRUS PULP PELLETS
The peel residue and other elements ejected by the citrus fruit extractors are the raw material used for the production of dried Citrus Pellets. All care is taken to preserve the nutritional value of this product, which is mainly used as carbohydrate in the compound of cattle feed.
